Too much digital learning today is “click here and read.” At F19 Consultancy, I make learning engaging, evidence-based, and impactful,  focused on helping people learn, not just finish.

With the rise of new technologies, my mission is to ensure they enhance human learning rather than replace it.

Since 2010, I’ve helped international clients design and deliver transformative learning experiences. From needs analysis and experience mapping to prototype, pilot, and scale, I create programmes that blend microlearning, video,  virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and on-the-job practice.

I apply retrieval practice, spaced learning, and authentic assessment to drive measurable behaviour change, connecting SMEs, product, and operations teams to deliver results on time and with clear evidence of impact.

With a strong network of connections across various industries and locations, I ensure that every project has access to the expertise and resources it needs to succeed.
