The content was specifically developed through BA and SME wireframes and basic background information to cater to Sony PlayStation's top clients. Storyboard and eLearning creation. NBS like a lot of organisations is moving to a Cloud SaaS service. We helped demonstrate how to operate within this new world and how to lower and higher services and costs accordingly implementing FinOps, DevOps, and more.

We created their in-house document management training. then went on the road teaching face-to-face whilst creating 'Key trainers' and also ensuring all knowledge gaps were filled.
